Kean Miller, II City Plaza

When selected to begin renovations and additions to the law offices of Kean Miller, Arkel began by listening. The project called for a complete customization of 75,000 square feet to four floors in the II City Plaza building located in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge. Understanding the Client’s needs and working closely with the Architect allowed Arkel to convert the existing space into a warm and inviting state-of-the-art law office for the largest law firm in Baton Rouge. This unique project was executed in phases with the total construction process lasting just over seven months. The new Kean Miller LLP space features more efficient office space, effective workflow design, improved internal processes, a state-of-the-art client conference center and advanced technological assets, along with specialty finishes and customized millwork.
