Arkel Constructors was selected to provide design-assist preconstruction services to maximize the client’s budget for the Franklin Associates 11,222 SF renovation of a historic building. The renovation consists of a conference and special events center with an adjacent, 2-story building that will serve as the new Franklin Associates main office! The project is located at 250 S. Foster in Baton Rouge’s Mid City. With scope changes and modifications from the client, Arkel Constructors worked closely with RHH to quickly identify cost-effective and best-value options.
The end product is a perfect example of the success of this delivery method, as all firms worked as one team with the client’s best interests in mind.
