This is a 32,500-square-foot, two-story facility that serves as the home for the training center, occupational medical facility, and all administrative personnel for the Alliance Safety Council. The building features custom concrete floors throughout, accompanied by modern architectural millwork, open area offices with modular furniture, a kitchen and dining area, and a corporate conference room. The exterior of the building is wrapped in custom radius metal panels and glass storefronts, giving the building a flowing appearance. The courtyard patio includes a common area and is embellished with fiber-optic illuminated water features.
