We are looking for experienced Commercial Project Managers experienced in ground up construction. The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in commercial project management and is an experienced project manager who can manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. This position plans, directs, coordinates or budgets, usually through estimator, superintendents and foremen, activities concerned with the construction and of commercial projects. They participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation. Depending on level of experience they may also mentor, coach and supervise project managers and assistant project managers.

We are looking for experienced Construction Superintendents experienced in ground-up construction. This ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial field supervision. Our Superintendent's role is to lead the project teams to success by setting a positive example, accountability, mentoring, driving schedules, and continuously reviewing the health of each project. This position supervises all trades on a job site, holds and attends owner and subcontractor meetings, addresses issues on their sites, works expertly in Procore, and drives safety as a number one priority. They are instrumental in maintaining consistency across all projects and setting a standard of excellence across all of their projects.
