At 18,793 square feet, building one features a combination of office space, condos, and a restaurant, Bistro Byronz, as the first-floor tenant. Arkel Constructors completed this project from start to finish, including the restaurant tenant build-out, in a 13-month duration.
Building two consists of 19,457 square feet with the first floor left as a shell for four retail tenants, the second floor is finished with office space, and the third floor is made up of four residential units. This building was finished with a decorative tower and was completed in 13 months.
Consisting of 16,110 square feet and completed in 12 months, building 3 features three stories and a loft with the first-floor shell for two commercial lease tenants, and the second and third floors consist of eight residential units with a combination of five different floor plans.
