Farm Bureau Headquarters

The 85,000-sf office building is located on Corporate Boulevard on 7.5 acres within Commerce Circle. With street access on all sides of the property, the architecture team had the opportunity to design the building with 360-degree visibility. The three-story administration building houses the organization’s insurance branch and federation. The new headquarters exterior includes a reflective pond, a wildflower garden, and berm landscaping for noise reduction. The interior of the administration building includes a 2-story lobby area with living green accents to incorporate the agriculture nature of Farm Bureau, a training room with video conferencing capabilities, a board meeting room, a dining hall, and a fitness and yoga room available for employee wellness.

In addition to serving as a hub for legislators, industry leaders, and members of the state’s farming community, the building houses an insurance branch and federation activities. As a source of communication, decision-making, and information exchange, the building comprises collaborative open workspaces, tech-ready conference and training rooms, and a fully equipped broadcasting suite.
