This project consisted of a 25,115-square-foot fabrication facility to produce and ship medical textiles and a 6,445-square-foot administration office. The administrative area includes a conference room, offices, and breakroom. Early in the design phase, we teamed with consultants to best understand the owner’s needs and usage of the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of space with a large amount of racking to be installed. Through this process, the owner was able to plan and start production right away as construction was completed.
