The Dow Hangar is a 30,000-sf fireproof metal building structure that consists of twelve offices, an airplane cargo bay, and a machine workshop. The finishes include high-performance epoxy floors, high-end fixtures, and a sliding hangar door. The sitework contained over 90,000 square feet of aircraft-rated pavement which were coated with jet fuel-resistant chemicals. The project was completed ahead of schedule in just under ten months.
