Arkel Constructors was awarded the Design Build Construction contract for the new Veteran’s Affairs Clinic. In order to meet the Owner’s intense deadline, Arkel Constructors created a unified team approach with all team members and phased construction to accommodate a smooth flow of productivity. Structural design elements called for a unique approach that involved innovative construction practices. The project lasted just over thirteen months and Exceeded the Owner’s Expectations in terms of budget, schedule, and function. Working with the Client from the inception of the project until occupancy.
