This design-build project was completed in 10 months and includes a 36,800-square-foot warehouse with containment walls for moving, delivering, and storing material to be processed, and a large sump pit for material storage and heating. 132,500 square feet of engineered driveway and a laydown yard, truck scale and a complete underground utility infrastructure were installed to accommodate the large quantity of transportation vehicles that will be frequenting the site. The entire building and operations area is fully contained with a system of curbs, pits, and waterproofing membranes to ensure that no materials will ever inadvertently leave the building.
