Arkel Constructors worked through the design-build process to identify the best value and expedite the schedule. The 10,000 sf Lunch Building was constructed to support the PPG expansion project. It is a Pre-engineered structure with wall and roof R panels and (6) Overhead Doors. The HVAC system provided: (7) packaged air handling units with supply and return ducts, and Interior Fabric Supply Ducts.
