This project is BASF Geismar site’s first full-service rotating equipment repair shop in more than 20 years. The building addition included a new 1,500-square-foot CMU office, breakroom and bathroom area. Renovations to the 8,000-square-foot metal-building shop were completed with a new roof and wall panels. A new shop addition was added on, as well as new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems serving the office areas and shop. Power was provided to 24 pieces of new equipment in the shop.
