Rubicon Instrument Shop is a 10,000-square-foot blast-rated, pre-engineered metal building complete with nine private offices, two large cubicle areas, one conference room, a break room and an industrial shop area. The shop comes equipped with four electrically operated overhead doors and a five-ton, remote-operated bridge crane.
