Arkel Constructors was contracted for this design assist project to renovate and expand the LSU Football Operations Center. The renovation portion of the Football Operations project consisted of demolishing the interior of approximately 72,000sf of existing office, meeting and training space and expanding an additional 17,000sf footprint. The new construction includes the building of new coach offices, player meeting rooms, a full team locker room, a full cafeteria and dining area with a kitchen, hydrotherapy and training areas, a full squad meeting room, new Hall of Fame display areas, a “LSU Experience” theater, and a new player lounge.
