Arkel Constructors was selected to completely renovate the multi-floor, four-story office building for the Entergy Baton Rouge administrative staff. An emphasis on safety, strict access requirements, and the utilization of DBE and WMBE were keys to the success of this project. The team completed the renovation within the initial proposed schedule, even as construction activities had to make adjustments due to the COVID pandemic.
