The 55,500-square-foot Unifirst Facility is constructed of a conventional steel frame and concrete tilt-up wall panels with a TPO membrane roof system. The building consists of 46,000 square feet of industrial laundry space with a 9,500-square-foot multi-level office. The production area serves as a warehouse and contains high-tech processing systems and industrial capacity laundering machines. The administrative office is a mixed-use space that includes conference rooms, field personnel meeting space, a cafeteria area, a data processing computer room, and modular offices. This state-of-the-art facility includes the latest production innovations and high-tech processing systems in the textile services industry.
