LSU Tiger Stadium Locker Room Renovations

Arkel Constructors was awarded the locker room renovation project for the iconic LSU Tiger Stadium. Careful planning was needed to coordinate construction around school functions, music venues, and sporting events to avoid impacts on the schedule and budget. Working in the interior of the stadium, which was built in the early 1920s, was a challenging and unique experience.  Our team gutted the existing locker room and storage area on the North side of the stadium making way for a pair of locker rooms and lounges for the football team and coaches.  This remodel included custom-made white oak lockers with multicolor LED lighting displays, backlit graphic panels, and an upgraded electrical package allowing each locker the ability to plug in multiple devices.  New tile in the shower area and a complete HVAC system installation completed this remodel and brought this building into the modern times.
